  1. Truer words were never spoken. Most certainly the exertions.

  2. But this has been used in contexts outside of the original. Surely this does not provide justifications to nations whose freedom is under no threat to invade others. The real justification can often be translated like this ” you have stuff we want. Give it to us.”

    Governments can not always be relied on to tell us if and who is actually threatening.
