You can easily join that list by sending e-mail to famous-quotes–subscribe AT yahoogroups.com and replying to the confirmation message.

During the 80s and the early 90s, I used to collect quotations and write them down in a diary. It was a painstaking endeavor. My quotes were collected from newspapers, magazines, books, films, television, and what not. After computers and PCs came around, I painstakingly typed them all in a text file.
There are about 450 quotations I had collected. They are not categorized however. I would be glad to contribute them to your site. Let me know if you are interested.
